Q: How do I register and receive a Frank Theatres Loyalty Card?

A: A Loyalty card can be picked up at your local Frank Theatres or CineBowl & Grille location. Once you receive your card, please go online to our Loyalty Page to “Activate” your card. Once logged into your account complete the Loyalty Card Online Registration process by clicking “Finish Registration”, to create your account profile. If you do not have access to a computer, the Guest Service employee at the theatre will assist you with signing up for the Loyalty Card program. New Loyalty Members will accrue points but will not be able to redeem rewards until registration is completed.

Q: Can I use my card at different Frank Theatre locations?

A: Yes. Your card is good at any participating location.

Q: How do I earn points?

A: Loyalty points are earned at the Box office for ticket purchases and at the concession stand. 1 point per ticket, Max 4 points per day and 1 point for every $5.00 spent at the concession stand, Max 4 points per day ($20.00 spent before taxes), Maximum 8 points per day can be earned.

Q: Do I receive credits for online ticket purchases?

A: Yes, Prior to your movie ticket purchase you will need to login to your Loyalty Account. Points will be automatically added to your card based on the point system.

Q: I lost my card, how do I get a new card?

A: You will need to go to your local Frank Theatre location and pick up a new card. Your membership information will not change if you link the new card to your existing account. Safeguard your card as they are not redeemable for cash and are not transferable.

Q: What do I do if I notice a discrepancy with point totals?

A: Bring your Movie Ticket stubs along with your corresponding receipt to your local Frank Theatres concession or box office. A manager must process the credits. Guests can also mail in their Movie Ticket Stubs and corresponding receipt along with your name and Loyalty Card member account number to: Frank Theatres Loyalty Program 1003 W. Indiantown Road Suite 210, Jupiter, FL 33458. Guests will have 7 days from the date of purchase to add points to their Loyalty card. Mailed correspondence must be postmarked within the 7 day timeframe.

Q: Do reward vouchers print at the concession stand?

A: No. Concession credits are awarded to your account by the next business day, and all reward coupons print after a box office transaction.

Q: Why does my online account show the incorrect number of credits I have earned?

A: Your account gets updated once a day overnight. Check back after the update. Your points will be available.

Q: Can I earn Loyalty Points from 3rd Party Websites such as Fandango?

A: Only tickets purchased through are entitled to loyalty points. Tickets purchased from 3rd party websites such as Fandango or DealFlicks do not qualify for loyalty points.
